Welcome to RandiGo. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our app.
2. Description of Service
RandiGo is a mobile application that helps users make decisions by randomly selecting items from user-created lists. The app offers both free and premium features.
3. User Accounts
Our app does not require you to create an account to use basic features. If you choose to use premium features that require synchronization with iCloud, you will need to be signed in to your Apple ID.
4. User Content
You retain all rights to the content you create using our app, such as lists and items. You are solely responsible for the content you create, and you agree not to create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third-party rights.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
Our app may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions for premium features. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to their terms and conditions. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal through your App Store account settings.
6. Intellectual Property
The app, including its design, code, and content created by us, is owned by RandiGo and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our app without our permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our app is provided "as is" without any warranties, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that our app will always be secure or error-free, or that it will function without interruptions, delays, or imperfections.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RandiGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by updating the date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of our app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
